I’ve been a web designer for more years than I care to admit. I once built online college courses for the first accredited college academy. I was a production animator for an online entertainment site where I helped create assets for all of the 6 of the animated series we were running at Eruptor.com
During my design tenure I’ve had the opportunity to work with the likes of Chrysler, Ford, Samsung, Google, Panasonic, Tom Tom, United Healthcare, Cardinal Health, Raytheon, USA Networks, Sony, Nascar & many, many more.
The following entries outline my history of development over the years. I felt like I needed to add some back story to my back story to round-out my career in design and development.

Nate Balcom | Web Experience
I started my career in web design years ago. I’ve literally built and worked on 100’s of websites. I’ve written html from scratch in text editors and installed and ran all manner and sizes of CMS based sites & e-commerce platforms. I’m proficient with Adobe Creative Suite with years of experience creating graphics, mock ups, video, animations and more.

Nate Balcom | UX Experience
I’ve been working in the UX space for over 8 years. In fact, when I started my first official UX position with Chrysler in the Product Design Office in 2014, “User Experience” wasn’t even a term people Googled.
During my time in Chrysler P.D.O. I worked on developing models for in-vehicle testing as well as ux experiences for stake holders while developing the new UConnect 5 in vehicle experience. This was a project that went on for over half a decade.
