User Experience (UX) Credentials

With over eight years of experience in User Experience (UX) design, I have specialized in creating intuitive, user-centered solutions that prioritize usability and impact. When I began my first formal UX role in Chrysler’s Product Design Office (PDO), the term ‘User Experience’ was still emerging—barely registering in Google searches—a reflection of how nascent the field was at the time. This early involvement allowed me to contribute to its evolution, from foundational in-vehicle interfaces to today’s mature, cross-industry discipline.
