Hi, I’m Nate. I build websites, software, and digital experiences that do more than look good. They perform, rank, convert, and solve real problems. If you’re looking for someone who blends UX, development, AI, and search strategy into one cohesive system, you’re in the right place.
My Mission
My goal is simple: create digital products that actually move the needle. Not vanity metrics. Not empty traffic. Real outcomes for real users and real businesses. I believe that resilient digital products are built on a foundation of technical authority and shared strategy. My work is governed by a structured Collaboration Model designed to integrate seamlessly with engineering and design teams.
Strategic Integration
Beyond standard design deliverables, I offer a partnership framework focused on HMI strategy, Interaction Development, and Semantic Architecture. This model ensures every prototype is validated for both human usability and machine discoverability.
Collaboration Model →Why Organizations Choose to Work With Me 👇
I specialize in:
- AI powered web development
- User Experience (UX) design
- AEO (Answer Engine Optimization)
- Modern SEO strategies
- Conversion focused interfaces
- Performance optimization
- Long term maintainable CMS solutions

Deep Roots in User Experience Design
User Experience has been at the core of my work for many years. Long before AI optimization and modern SEO became mainstream, I was focused on understanding how people interact with technology and how design decisions affect behavior, efficiency, and trust.
My UX background spans:
- Consumer web products
- Enterprise software
- In vehicle interfaces
- Medical systems
- Fleet management tools
- Hardware integrated software experiences
Good UX is invisible when done right. It simply feels natural.

Building Prototypes at Chrysler
One of the most formative experiences in my career was working in Chrysler’s product design office, where I helped build physical and digital prototypes for auto shows, executive reviews, and future vehicle programs.
This environment demanded:
- Rapid iteration
- Precision craftsmanship
- Cross functional collaboration
- Confidential development processes
- Real world usability validation
We were often designing for technology that had not yet been released publicly.
Automotive UX for Production Vehicles
During my tenure at FCA in the Product Design Office I worked with the UX team on interior screens, BUCs and prototypes for auto shows and user testing. My work contributed to experiences connected to major FCA vehicles, including:
- Jeep Grand Cherokee
- Jeep Wrangler
- Dodge Ram
- Pacifica PHEV
These projects required balancing innovation with safety, reliability, and driver focus. In vehicle UX is unlike any other domain because poor design can impact not just convenience but safety.
Uconnect® 5 and Next Generation Vehicle Interfaces
I was part of the broader effort behind Uconnect 5, one of the most advanced in vehicle infotainment platforms. Automotive software must operate flawlessly in environments far more demanding than typical consumer apps.
This involved exploring:
- Touch first interaction models
- Voice integration
- Navigation usability
- Driver distraction reduction
- Performance optimization
- System scalability

Uconnect 5 is an advanced, Android-based infotainment system from Stellantis, featuring processing speeds five times faster than previous generations. It offers customizable 10.1 or 12-inch touchscreen displays, wireless Apple CarPlay/Android Auto, TomTom navigation, Alexa integration, and personalized user profiles for a seamless connected experience.
Concept Vehicles and Future Mobility Experience
My work also touched experimental platforms that explored the future of transportation, including:
- Portal Concept Vehicle
- Airflow Concept Vehicle
- Chrysler Pacifica Plug-In Hybrid (PHEV)
- Portal Concept
- Airflow Prototype
- Pacifica Hybrid

The Chrysler Portal concept is an all-electric, semi-autonomous minivan designed by Fiat Chrysler Automobiles (FCA) specifically for the millennial generation. Introduced at CES 2017, it serves as a “fifth generation” family transportation vehicle that prioritizes technology, modularity, and a “third space” environment between work and home.

The Chrysler Airflow Concept (initially introduced by FCA, now Stellantis) is a battery-electric vehicle (BEV) designed to preview the brand’s future design language and technology. While first shown at CES 2020 as the “Airflow Vision”, it evolved into the more production-ready Airflow Concept in 2022 and 2023.

The Chrysler Pacifica Plug-In Hybrid (PHEV) is the only plug-in hybrid minivan on the market. It is designed for families seeking high fuel efficiency for daily commutes and the flexibility of gas power for long trips.
Concept vehicles push boundaries. They allow designers and engineers to imagine what mobility could look like years ahead.
Working on these programs meant thinking beyond current limitations.
Collaboration With Global Technology Brands
Throughout my career, I’ve collaborated on initiatives involving major international companies such as:
These collaborations required aligning hardware capabilities, software ecosystems, and user expectations across different markets.
Ford Electric Fleet Software

I also worked on software initiatives related to electric fleet vehicles within Ford’s ecosystem.
Fleet software introduces unique challenges:
- Route efficiency
- Charging logistics
- Vehicle monitoring
- Driver management
- Operational cost optimization
- Real time data visualization
These systems support businesses that depend on reliability every day.
Medical Industry Software Design
Healthcare technology demands precision, compliance, and empathy.
I contributed to software design work associated with organizations such as Cardinal Health and United Healthcare, focusing on tools used by professionals in the medical field.
Key priorities included:
- Clarity under pressure
- Error prevention
- Accessibility
- Workflow efficiency
- Regulatory awareness
- Data sensitivity
In medical environments, usability is not just a convenience. It can directly affect outcomes.
Multiple Design Sprints With Google and FCA

I have participated in numerous design sprints both at Google facilities and at FCA World Headquarters.
Design sprints compress months of product development into focused sessions that combine:
- Research
- Ideation
- Rapid prototyping
- User testing
- Decision making
These experiences reinforced a user first mindset and a bias toward action.
Attending Google I O
I’ve also attended multiple Google I O conferences, where emerging technologies and product directions are revealed firsthand.
Seeing innovations unveiled in real time provided insight into how the web, mobile platforms, and AI ecosystems evolve.
These events influenced how I approach future ready development.
WordPress Since 2003

I began working with WordPress when it launched in 2003 and have continued to build on the platform ever since.
Over the years I’ve:
- Developed custom themes and plugins
- Migrated complex legacy systems
- Optimized large scale sites
- Hardened security
- Managed performance tuning
- Built scalable content architectures
Few platforms have evolved as dramatically, and growing alongside it has given me deep technical fluency.
Blogging, Writing, and Research Since 2003
I’ve been writing, developing, and researching online since 2003, back when blogging platforms were just beginning to reshape how information is shared on the web. Over the years, blogging has been both a creative outlet and a professional tool for exploring technology, user experience, search strategy, and digital innovation.
My approach to blogging goes beyond publishing articles. It involves deep research, technical experimentation, and practical insights drawn from real world projects. This long term perspective has allowed me to document industry shifts from early web standards and the rise of content management systems to modern AI driven search and Answer Engine Optimization.
Consistent writing over two decades has sharpened my ability to explain complex topics clearly, produce authoritative content, and create resources that are genuinely useful to readers. It also reinforces my belief that high quality content is one of the most powerful tools for building trust, visibility, and lasting impact online.
Extensive CMS Architecture Experience

Beyond WordPress, I’ve designed and maintained numerous content management systems across industries.
This includes:
- Enterprise CMS deployments
- E commerce back ends
- Custom publishing workflows
- Database driven applications
